Rocket Espresso
Water quality testing for your espresso machine is essential for optimal flavor and equipment longevity. Good water enhances the taste of your coffee, while impurities can cause scale buildup and damage to the machine. Damage caused by inadequately treated water will void the machine and manufacturer’s warranty. Chloride requirements only apply to machines with steel boilers.

I am a coffee exporter, I distribute coffee in Mexico and export coffee to the USA and Canada. I will start buying your machines for franchises. I have good experience with your machine and because of the better quality of coffee I use, I have a good extraction.
Did a lot of research and decided to but a Rocket. I Found Pro Coffee was an authorized dealer for them through website, and were the only dealer that had one in stock. I ordered and was here in three days….wow!!!
I had a small issue but there tech support got right to work to solve the issue.. I was able to solve the issue in a few minutes on a video chat with Gio…..very helpful and knowledgeable. Got me back on the road to great brewing!! Great customer support and service!!!! Thanks Pro Coffee!!!

Now that I finally have it in - had to get the 220 finished and hefty guys to heft the machine on the counter - it is an awesome improvement! Had a guy come in wanting an 8-shot espresso - no problem! Four large lattes? No sweat! Love it!
Excellent espresso machine at a great price! A little confusion in the direction for setting up the pre infusion but a quick call to pro gear coffee and they had me all fixed up. Excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more!!!
