Open Box, Demo, and Overstock Espresso Machines

Welcome to our Overstock, Demo, and Open Box espresso machine collection! This collection features new espresso machines on overstock sale, new espresso machines without their original packaging, and demo-condition units with limited use. We sometimes come across these special opportunities and purchase them from other cafes, roasters, etc. Other times they are our own former display or returned units. We’ll unpack more about what we mean by Overstock, Open Box and Demo, below.

What do we mean by Open Box espresso machines? 

These are brand new espresso machines that have been returned or had their packaging opened by previous customers but are still in perfect or near-perfect condition. Other times we purchase them from other roasters or distributors who want to offload stock in their warehouse, but no longer have the packaging for the machine or have otherwise opened it. Our Demo Condition espresso machines, on the other hand, have been lightly used, typically for less than 3-6 months. Each machine comes with a 12-month parts warranty and undergoes a comprehensive inspection and testing by our technicians to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.
