Standard warranty covers the labor costs for 3 years and replacement of defective parts for up to 12 months after purchase date.
30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. It’s a Beast, easy to use including programming each head . Perfect with it being Volumetric. I have it set up in a drive thru . Perfect Machine, so smooth and incredible. When I called Wes @ Pro Gear he was honest and listened well before recommending a machine. Called him wanting a Appia Life 2 Group. So glad he told me about the Rocket Boxer Timer Evo ! Great Service very Professional and the after sale service is incredible. Very prompt in answering questions and walking you through whatever you need.
