Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Now that I finally have it in - had to get the 220 finished and hefty guys to heft the machine on the counter - it is an awesome improvement! Had a guy come in wanting an 8-shot espresso - no problem! Four large lattes? No sweat! Love it!

Purchased the Rocket Boxer Timer Evo and received it quickly, had initial issues with the set up (instruction manual wasn't clear on setting up pre-infusion) but a quick call to Pro Coffee Gear and I was up and running. Couldn't ask for better service.
