New Engine Optimization (NEO) - The NEO engine features an instant heating system with a specialized insulation mechanism that minimizes heat loss and energy consumption. It heats only the necessary amount of water for extraction, resulting in quicker operation and lower energy costs.
Thermal Energy Recovery System (TERS) - Utilizes discharged water to preheat incoming water through a recycling system, significantly reducing waste.
Electronic temperature control system - Boiler pressure is programmable on 2.8” touch display and utilizes a PID, improving steam pressure and extraction temperature stability.
T3 Technology - Set three independent temperatures for the steam boiler, the brew boiler, and the saturated group head.
Soft Infusion System (SIS) - Enables water to first contact the coffee solely through supply pressure, gradually increasing to 9 bar as the group-head chamber fills. This ensures optimal extraction every time, regardless of user technique or tamping consistency, and helps minimize channeling.
Volumetric control - Stops automatically after brewing the programmed shot volume.
Auto-flushing group heads - Automatically discharges the exact amount of hot water needed to flush the head once the portafilter is removed after a shot.
