- New Engine Optimization (NEO) - The NEO engine features an instant heating system with a specialized insulation mechanism that minimizes heat loss and energy consumption. It heats only the necessary amount of water for extraction, resulting in quicker operation and lower energy costs.
- Thermal Energy Recovery System (TERS) - Utilizes discharged water to preheat incoming water through a recycling system, significantly reducing waste.
- Electronic temperature control system - Boiler pressure is programmable on 2.8” touch display and utilizes a PID, improving steam pressure and extraction temperature stability.
- T3 Technology - Set three independent temperatures for the steam boiler, the brew boiler, and the saturated group head.
- Soft Infusion System (SIS) - Enables water to first contact the coffee solely through supply pressure, gradually increasing to 9 bar as the group-head chamber fills. This ensures optimal extraction every time, regardless of user technique or tamping consistency, and helps minimize channeling.
- Volumetric control - Stops automatically after brewing the programmed shot volume.

30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt.
