Pro Coffee Gear 2-Year Commercial Parts-Only WarrantyPro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) provides a two (2) year parts warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Under this warranty, PCG’s sole obligation is to supply a replacement part, at its discretion, for any part determined by PCG to be defective. This warranty does not include labor of any kind. On-site service, diagnostics, travel, installation, shipping, expedited freight, and any other service-related or incidental costs are expressly excluded.Warranty eligibility requires proper installation, normal use, and routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable water quality specifications. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or inadequate or improperly treated water—causing scale or corrosion—is not covered.This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, abuse, external events such as power surges or fire, or parts subject to normal wear and tear.All warranty claims must be authorized by Pro Coffee Gear prior to any repair. Warranty coverage will be void if unauthorized service is performed or if PCG is not given the opportunity to evaluate and address the issue. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Pro Coffee Gear 1-Year Home Grinder Warranty (Parts & Labor)The Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) 1-Year Grinder Warranty provides coverage for authorized labor and replacement of grinder parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.Under this warranty, PCG’s sole obligation is, at its discretion, to repair or replace defective grinder parts using authorized labor. Shipping, freight, expedited service, and any additional costs are excluded.Warranty eligibility requires proper installation, normal use, and routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer service and cleaning guidelines. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs or modifications is not covered.This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, external events such as power surges or fire, or parts subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to burrs, seals, and other consumable components.All warranty claims must be authorized by Pro Coffee Gear prior to any repair.
