Bluewater WarrantyBluewater equipment purchased through Pro Coffee Gear is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. During this period, Bluewater may, at its discretion, repair or replace defective components, including parts and labor for covered defects. If a unit is deemed beyond economic repair, Bluewater may replace it with a product of equivalent specification.The reverse osmosis membrane and pump are covered for twelve (12) months only. Filter cartridges are not covered once they have been used (wetted) and are considered consumable items.Warranty coverage requires proper installation and maintenance by a qualified plumber, Bluewater dealer, or authorized technician, and use of water within Bluewater’s specified feed water requirements. Damage or breakdown caused by non-compliance with safety regulations or operating instructions, faults due to user error or lack of care, non-domestic or commercial use, water use beyond rated capacity, intentional damage, incorrect installation (including failure to meet water requirements), unauthorized repairs, external factors (such as fire, flooding, freezing, pressure spikes, weather, or transit damage), visual blemishes, use of non-approved accessories, filters, membranes or spare parts, damage to accessories, and accidental damage are excluded from warranty coverage. Parts subject to normal wear and tear are also not covered.All warranty claims must be initiated through Pro Coffee Gear, the authorized dealer of record. Pro Coffee Gear must be given the opportunity to evaluate the issue and coordinate any warranty service or replacement in accordance with Bluewater’s warranty terms. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is subject to Bluewater’s full warranty terms and conditions.
