The San Remo Opera
The Opera from San Remo combines industry knowledge, especially that of world-leading baristas, to design a machine capable of showcasing your various coffee offerings at their very best. Oversized multi-boiler system ensures temperature adjustability and stability when switching between bean roasts and variety in your cafe. Full control of the brewing cycle, including pre- and post-infusion extraction, for optimizing the perfect profile. San Remo has built this stunning espresso machine not only for world-class baristas, but with them - and the result speaks for itself.
Pre-infusion chamber, with control - pre-infuses the coffee cake at a lower pressure for efficient, consistent extraction; adjustable for barista’s control
Post-infusion control - finishes extraction at a lower pressure to assist with maximal extraction while mitigating bitter notes
Volumetric control - stops automatically after brewing the programmed shot volume
Electronic temperature control system - boiler pressure is programmable on LCD screen and utilizes a PID, improving steam pressure and extraction temperature stability.
Multi-boiler - set three independent temperatures for the steam boiler, the brew boiler, and the saturated group head.
Cool touch steam wand - steam milk without worrying about burns.
Dry steam power - advanced electrical components for silky milk at high capacity.
Push/pull smart lever - change setting with one of three buttons, then easily activate dose with either the pull or push of the lever.
Insulated boiler - optimizes machine’s power efficiency to be eco-friendly and save on electricity costs by up to 40%
Mixed hot water dispenser - able to output lower temperature hot water for teas and americanos
Group Flushing - With a simple pressure of the button a small quantity of water is dispensed to allow the group to be always clean.
