Free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $15. Extra fees will be calculated for outer regions (AK, HI, etc).
Deliveries to a residential address for commercial espresso machines (freight shipping) are subject to an additional fee. If the customer does not select this option at checkout, we reserve the right to apply the fee retroactively.
Freight shipments will be quoted once an order is submitted. These orders are dispatched after these charges are invoiced and paid. Smaller packages may be quoted at checkout.
Most items arrive within 1–2 weeks.

New machines that are in stock at our warehouse or manufacturer warehouses are typically bench tested, packaged and dispatched within one week. These items typically arrive within one week of shipping.
Please reference the estimate on the product page for the most accurate estimates. Espresso machines ship freight, which typically requires up to a week for delivery.
Renewed machines typically dispatch within one week. Espresso machines ship via freight and can take up to one week to deliver within the U.S. Delivery can take longer when shipped internationally due to scheduling logistics and customs.
Custom equipment or equipment on backorder will have longer lead times, which are often referenced on the espresso machine's product page.
While it's rare, if you place an order that appears in stock but is actually on back order, we will contact you and provide a delivery estimate. You're welcome to receive a refund or proceed with the order at that time in accordance with our cancellation policy.

All other products ship the next business day unless otherwise stated on the item's product page. Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, missing components, or altered condition may result in additional fees.
A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee covers physical and mechanical inspection, setup/testing, and restocking once the item is received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to our facility in Austin, Texas, along with any associated costs.
All returns require preauthorization from Customer Service prior to shipment.
Marco equipment may be returned if initiated within 90 days of the invoice date.

A 25% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee covers inspection, setup/testing, and restocking.

Cancelled orders over $300 are subject to a 4% convenience fee, which covers non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Please inspect your shipment before signing. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier at time of delivery.
All damage claims must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.
Retain all original packaging, including labels, for carrier inspection. Failure to retain packaging may impact claim eligibility.
If your product experiences a malfunction within 30 days of delivery, please contact our Technical Support team for troubleshooting and evaluation.
All malfunctions are handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy. Repair or replacement eligibility will be determined based on the applicable warranty coverage.
If you prefer to return the product for a refund instead of pursuing warranty service, the applicable Return Policy and restocking fees will apply.

Home segment products under $3,500 may be eligible for replacement following troubleshooting and approval by a Pro Coffee Gear technician.
Commercial equipment and products over $3,500 are eligible for repair only.

Our warranty does not provide for automatic replacement of commercial or commercial-grade prosumer equipment over $3,500.
