Stepping up from a Breville dual boiler espresso machine, I found the Cinquantotto to deliver much more flexibility and, therefore, a much better taste experience. Operation is not significantly harder and it pays to take time to dial in grinds, doses, timing and temperature. This delivers fantastic espresso and steamed milk drinks!

It’s a Beast, easy to use including programming each head . Perfect with it being Volumetric. I have it set up in a drive thru . Perfect Machine, so smooth and incredible. When I called Wes @ Pro Gear he was honest and listened well before recommending a machine. Called him wanting a Appia Life 2 Group. So glad he told me about the Rocket Boxer Timer Evo ! Great Service very Professional and the after sale service is incredible. Very prompt in answering questions and walking you through whatever you need. The tech that I’ve dealt with is awesome both times . Answered questions did research to give me answers. This machine is better than I wanted and Pro Coffee Gear Rocks !!!!
