Great experience using Pro Coffee. My machine came in damaged due to shipping. Pro Coffee quickly fixed the issue and had a new machine on the way in no time. Would definitely order from them again.

This is my second R58 after selling my other machine to friend who wanted to move up to a duel boiler. I looked around for several weeks and as a single coffee drinker household the huge 3.5L steam boilers made no sense. The Rocket is a looker and a solid product.
