30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. Really I’ve never used an espresso machine before I bought this one so that was a little intimidating to be quite honest, but after reading the instructions, which is a big step for me in and of itself, I was able to perform the operations without a hitch. It’s a highlight of my day!

I've had the Mozzafiato Fast R for a couple weeks now, and it's an impressive machine. The build quality is top notch. It's ready to go in 12-15 minutes as advertised. I installed a grouphead thermometer on mine to get a better idea of the brew temperature. Ended up turning the boiler down 2 degrees from the factory 120C setting. Still learning the behavior of the machine and when and how long to flush, but I'm getting the hang of things and it's a joy to use. Doesn't hurt that it looks awesome.
Love this machine. Good guidance and support from the PC team. We wanted a really nice home machine and this delivers the perfect espresso, heats up quickly and can handle all your needs.
