30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Good product
Easy to use and makes an excellent addition to the espresso making line up. Our forearms are feeling much better from not physically tamping all these shots.
I purchased the Puq Mini and love it. Michael was awesome to work with. Very responsive to my emails and any other small issues. Delivery was fast and provided all tracking details. Very happy and will be back soon.
The PUQ is an great machine. Initially, there was a difficulty and ProCoffee was exceptional in their response. They responded personally, affably, and worked closely with me to fix the problem. Customer service is excellent. They went far beyond what others do to provide care and satisfaction. Superb!
