Stepping up from a Breville dual boiler espresso machine, I found the Cinquantotto to deliver much more flexibility and, therefore, a much better taste experience. Operation is not significantly harder and it pays to take time to dial in grinds, doses, timing and temperature. This delivers fantastic espresso and steamed milk drinks!
