30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. Absolutely love, customer service, and the speedy delivery from Pro Coffee gear. This machine is awesome. We needed something quickly that we could not have to worry about tying up to a waterline. This machine is fast and efficient and being able to hook it up to filtered water was a plus. Will be buying a second unit that we will be hooking up to a waterline, so we will have both. Love doing business with this company and will keep being a loyal customer.

Machine was a challenge to remove the screens for cleaning but we have learned to not tighten then down like it was from factory
