    Absolutely love, customer service, and the speedy delivery from Pro Coffee gear. This machine is awesome. We needed something quickly that we could not have to worry about tying up to a waterline. This machine is fast and efficient and being able to hook it up to filtered water was a plus. Will be buying a second unit that we will be hooking up to a waterline, so we will have both. Love doing business with this company and will keep being a loyal customer.

    Machine was a challenge to remove the screens for cleaning but we have learned to not tighten then down like it was from factory

    We are enjoying the machine so far. There is a steam spout that doesnt really work great.

    Great machine, great price, great customer service!

    Machine came in great condition and the staff at pro coffee gear was fantastic befor during and after the sale. Wish I would have bought my first espresso machine from them.
