Marco Parts WarrantyMarco equipment purchased through Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) includes a twenty-four (24) month parts-only warranty from the date of shipment from the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship, as determined by Marco.Under this warranty, coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Marco-manufactured parts, at Marco’s discretion. Labor, installation, diagnostics, travel, shipping, and any other service-related costs are expressly excluded. Equipment or parts subject to a warranty claim must be returned for inspection prior to authorization. Warranty coverage will be void if repairs or attempted repairs are performed before inspection or without authorization.Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper installation by non-approved contractors, lack of maintenance, or external causes. Damage caused by limescale buildup, corrosion, or inadequate or improperly treated water is expressly excluded.Water quality is the customer’s responsibility. Hard water may lead to limescale accumulation in boilers, and customers must ensure appropriate water treatment or scale reduction systems are properly installed and maintained. Service or repairs related to limescale or water quality issues are not covered under this warranty.This warranty applies only to goods manufactured by Marco. Components not manufactured by Marco but incorporated into Marco equipment are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty terms. Marco’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
