I was trepidatious at first, entrusting the entirety of hot water supply to the MT8 plumbed to a 1/4" delivery from the Vevor water tank pump yet Marco not only heated and stayed within the 93-94 C target with effective alerts when it momentarily hi 96, it proved to be extraordinarily efficient in power consumption. Our event was almost non-stop espresso and pour-over production for nearly 5 hours powered by one 3.8KW Anker Solix inverter battery supplying power to the frother, water heater, POS, Lever Press, two large burr grinders and the water pump. The Marco consumed the expected 1800 ish watts and then calmed down to only around 200 when not refilling. Remarkably, the insulation has to be extremely effective while even hours after shut-down the water comes out scalding hot with steam - note to not move before draining. I would absolutely recommend this from a pop-up supply to full-time shop service. It is simply a treat to use. We never had to worry about consistent temperature or supply.
