Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 2 years after purchase date.
30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. It’s huge, but we love it. So easy and intuitive to make calibration adjustments. We are in a busy hospital and this grinder keeps up with us.

Great selection of grinders! We’re still figuring out if this model is the right fit for us. We installed it on our coffee truck, where there’s some vibration from the generator. Because of this, the grinder takes a bit longer to detect whether the portafilter is inserted. In our case, a model that starts grinding when the portafilter presses a button might have been a better option. Overall, though, it’s a quality product, and we appreciate the thoughtful design!
