This ranges from general barista questions to helping you debug any issues you encounter with the equipment. When something goes wrong with your equipment, it can be hard to know how severe it is, or what to do next. We're here to help you decide what to do next and provide technician recommendations as needed. Namely, whether it's likely something simple you can fix yourself or if you need a technician onsite to repair. Since most questions can be solved in less than 10 minutes, having the option for a second opinion can be enormously valuable.

Warranty & Returns

Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 12 months after purchase date. 30-Day Returns - Standard Returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our facility (located in Austin, Texas), along with any associated costs that may be incurred. Read our full returns policy

Loving it
They delivered the grinder quickly and right on time, and I even received a small discount through their website, which I couldn’t find elsewhere. I’ve been using the grinder for about a month now and I’m very satisfied with it. It’s quiet, fast, precise, and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this grinder and also highly recommend Pro Coffee Company for anyone looking for quality coffee equipment.
