We extend the machine's lifespan - we do more than simply fix what's broken.
We deep clean the outside and case of the machine. We inspect boilers and pipes to ensure they're suitable to refurbish.
We descale anything that touches your coffee with our environmentally-friendly and non-toxic descale agent. We deep clean steam boilers and steam pipes.
We fix the parts that are broken or do not pass inspection.
We preventatively replace parts based on the age of the machine. We do this based on the engineered lifespan of each component, even if the part is in perfect working condition.
We revamp group heads, steam components, and boiler care.
We polish and paint machines when needed.
This includes running the machine for hours, electrical safety tests, testing thermal stability at the groups, group pressure tests, flow rate tests, etc.
We offer the same warranty on our Renewed Used equipment as manufacturers do on brand new espresso machines! That's 4 times longer than anyone else!
