La Marzocco warrants all Equipment and Parts supplied are free from defect in material or workmanship for a period of thirteen (13) months from the date of shipment, with a parts-only warranty, unless otherwise agreed to in writing in advance. This warranty does not cover Equipment and Parts damaged by accident, abuse and/or improper use of Equipment. Improper use of Equipment includes, but is not limited to, the use of inadequately conditioned water (as defined in the La Marzocco Water Specification) and the operation of Equipment without an adequate water supply. 30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. Machine was a challenge to remove the screens for cleaning but we have learned to not tighten then down like it was from factory
