Warranty & Returns

Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 12 months after purchase date.
30-Day Returns - Standard Returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. The Perfect Home Grinder
We have had several grinders and this is by far the best. Once you move on to grind-by-weight you won’t want to go back. You simply set the weight that you want the grinder to grind to, slide in the porta-filter, and the grinder automatically stops grinding when it hits that weight. We have checked the weight on many occasions and it is always spot on.
