30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. I’ve only been using this grinder for a few days and have been impressed at how fast it is! It’s convenient enough that it has a portafilter holder but I’ve had to use it for filter baskets as well. I’m quite happy with this purchase, have it in white.

This grinder is incredible! It looks beautiful on our coffee bar as well. It feels very solid and heavy. The build quality is amazing and it’s very easy to clean. We use it for espresso and the grounds come out very even, nice and fluffy with no clumping at all.
We were using the built in grinder on our breville machine but this is leagues better. The coffee tastes noticeably better and the shots are consistent which is the main goal. We love everything about this grinder and would highly it!

This grinder replaced a Mazzer Jolly that was supposed to be fabulous but there were multiple problems and then I think I broke it trying to fix one of the issues. Anyway, needed a grinder asap and the F64 filled the spot with quick shipping and it basically is plug in and go! Its a fabulous grinder, all of the staff gives it an A+. The only negative was the packaging was a bit wonky, I am surprised it arrived in perfect condition, it should have been packed much better,
