30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Did a lot of research and decided to but a Rocket. I Found Pro Coffee was an authorized dealer for them through website, and were the only dealer that had one in stock. I ordered and was here in three days….wow!!!
I had a small issue but there tech support got right to work to solve the issue.. I was able to solve the issue in a few minutes on a video chat with Gio…..very helpful and knowledgeable. Got me back on the road to great brewing!! Great customer support and service!!!! Thanks Pro Coffee!!!

Now that I finally have it in - had to get the 220 finished and hefty guys to heft the machine on the counter - it is an awesome improvement! Had a guy come in wanting an 8-shot espresso - no problem! Four large lattes? No sweat! Love it!
Excellent espresso machine at a great price! A little confusion in the direction for setting up the pre infusion but a quick call to pro gear coffee and they had me all fixed up. Excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more!!!
