30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. oh baby
This would be 4.7 stars if possible. This is my first high-quality hand grinder, and I love using it, think it produces great, consistent coffee grounds, and it is really beautiful (I have the walnut version) and well made. I actually bought this because the motorized grinder I wanted to replace my old one was sold out, thinking I might use this one in the future for travel or maybe take it to the office, but I like using it so much that I don't intend to buy the motorized grinder any time soon. Once I finish grinding and prior to unscrewing the collection bin, I tap lightly on my tamping mat, and it is truly zero retention. I love the glass collection bin for both the aesthetics and being able to see the beans and grounds BUT I also think it is inevitable that one day I will drop and break it and really hope they will still be making this for replacements. My only direct issues are that it is a little hard to know where to set the dial initially and could see if you are switching between espresso and other brewing methods that this would be annoying (this is dedicated to espresso for me), and I feel the adjustment steps are ever so slightly larger than I would like at times and sometimes the nooks and crannies of the glass collection bin hang onto some grounds although they are relatively easy to dislodge with a slight tap against my dosing funnel. I have large hands and love the feel of this, but if you have small hands, I could see this being difficult to hold,…
