30-Day Returns – Standard PolicyIf your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. We love our new grinder- it makes the best at-home lattes! Super powerful and can grind extremely fine. It is also isn’t too loud so good for quiet mornings. We really like the look of it as well. We decided on this grinder over the Niche and are very happy with that decision. Absolutely love it!
I love the grinder. Ive wanted to purchase the commercial version but the cost was out of my budget. This grinder is so slick. I can process lattes so fast and it saves me so much time weighing every grinder. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the fact the grinder doesn't allow my breville portafilter plus a dosing funnel to fit. I had to disassemble to turn the scale prongs upside down. I made it work but not without taking the machine apart.
They delivered the grinder quickly and right on time, and I even received a small discount through their website, which I couldn’t find elsewhere. I’ve been using the grinder for about a month now and I’m very satisfied with it. It’s quiet, fast, precise, and very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this grinder and also highly recommend Pro Coffee Company for anyone looking for quality coffee equipment.
Takes a little to learn the adjusting wheel. Retention almost 0. Good grinder for single dosing. A great addition to the setup.
