30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. Recently, our nonprofit in Liberty Hill, TX called SOS put together a donation-based coffee bar that will serve our community. I'm a coffee lover who worked in the coffee industry when I lived back in Puerto Rico so I was very picky at the time of purchasing our gear. After looking around I decided to give Pro Coffee Gear a visit and see if they had what I was looking for. I put on their address on my phone map and drove to their location. My oldest daughter (also a barista) was with me and as we were getting close she thought that we were lost. We were in a country road in Manor, Texas thinking that there couldn't be a coffee machine place around there. But, boy, we were up for a treat!! Right down a ranch road we found Pro Coffee Gear!! We showed up unannounced yet the staff there greeted us and took all the tine needed to walk us through all their inventory. They were able to take our idea and give us awesome suggestions which hit right on the mark! We already have everything installed and about to launch our coffee bar!! Now I'm recommending these guys for all espresso lovers who are looking to buy, repair or maintain their machine. You don't have to look anywhere else! Trust me!!
Really I’ve never used an espresso machine before I bought this one so that was a little intimidating to be quite honest, but after reading the instructions, which is a big step for me in and of itself, I was able to perform the operations without a hitch. It’s a highlight of my day!
