Ergonomic, barista-friendly workflow — The working area is designed with “clear, intuitive geometries,” making controls, portafilters, drip tray and steam/hot-water levers easily accessible for fast, efficient café service.
Adjustable drip tray (two heights) — The drip tray height can be adjusted to accommodate different cup sizes (from standard espresso cups to tall takeaway cups).
Steam system with purge-function lever + multiple steam wand options — It comes standard with a manual steam lever (with purge) and two steam wands. Optional upgrades include a “Cool Touch” steam wand and an “Autosteamer Plus” wand (for automated milk frothing temperature and texture control).
Hot water wand — A dedicated hot water outlet is included, useful for americanos, teas, or other hot drinks.
Shot counters (per group) — Each group has its own shot counter, useful for tracking use & maintenance / supply.
Energy-saving function / efficient power management — The AB200 includes energy-saving mode to reduce consumption when idle but remain ready for use.

Warranty & Returns

Standard Returns: Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our facility (located in Austin, Texas), along with any associated costs that may be incurred.
