The BWT AQUAlizer 2.6 L Baselight is a sleek, modern countertop water-filter jug that combines elegant design with BWT’s patented magnesium-mineralizing technology. With a total capacity of 2.6 liters (1.4 L of filtered water), this jug delivers clean, softened water by reducing limescale, heavy metals like lead and copper, and chlorine. What sets it apart is its Baselight electronic LED indicator: the light changes color—from pink (full capacity) to blue—when it’s time to swap out the filter.
Out of the box, the unit comes with two Magnesium Mineralized Water cartridges, making it ready to go for approximately eight weeks before needing a refill. The BPA-free jug fits conveniently in most refrigerator doors, and its lid has a manual flip design that lets you pour water without splashing. Media-Reich To integrate the AQUAlizer into your daily routine, simply insert one of the magnesium cartridges, fill the jug with tap water, and wait about five minutes for the filtration process to work its magic.
The Baselight keeps track of usage and alerts you when it’s time to change the cartridge—so you never risk running on an exhausted filter. When the LED switches to blue, just pop out the spent filter and replace it with your spare. The second cartridge included in the set makes maintenance straightforward and stress-free, ensuring you always have mineral-rich, great-tasting water ready to drink.
