The Luna features a 65 mm flat burr set with stepless grind adjustment, a 3.5″ touchscreen interface, and support for up to four programmable recipes for precise dosing. The PUQ M2 tamper installs directly underneath a grinder (via “plug-and-grind”) and automatically applies flat, level tamping at adjustable pressure (20–60 lbs), eliminating barista variability in tamping.
This bundle makes sense because grinding and tamping are the two most error-prone manual operations in espresso prep: dose variability and tamp angle/pressure inconsistency. With the Luna reliably dosing your coffee and the PUQ ensuring a perfect, repeatable tamper on every shot, you reduce shot variance, speed up service, and free your baristas to monitor extraction rather than fiddle with technique.
To integrate it into your workflow, mount the PUQ beneath your Luna, program your target dose recipes in the Luna, then train staff to simply place the portafilter under the spout and let the PUQ tamp it automatically.
