Pro Coffee Gear 1-Year Commercial Parts-Only Warranty

Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) provides a one (1) year parts warranty for commercial equipment from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, PCG’s sole obligation is to supply replacement parts that PCG determines to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This warranty is limited strictly to replacement parts only. Labor is not included. On-site service, diagnostics, travel, installation, removal, reinstallation, shipping, expedited services, and any other related costs are expressly excluded and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty coverage applies only when the equipment has been properly installed according to manufacturer, operated in a commercial environment within manufacturer-recommended operating parameters, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer service and maintenance guidelines. Equipment must be operated using water that meets PCG’s water quality requirements. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, incorrect operation, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or inadequate or improperly treated water—including scale or corrosion—is not covered.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, abuse, external events such as power surges or fire, or parts subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to gaskets, seals, shower screens, and other consumable components.

All warranty claims must be authorized by Pro Coffee Gear prior to repair. Warranty coverage will be void if unauthorized service is performed or if PCG is not given the opportunity to evaluate and address the issue. PCG’s sole responsibility under this warranty is limited, at its discretion, to the supply of replacement parts only. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser.
