- Soft Infusion System (SIS) - SIS guarantees soft and creamy espresso extractions every time. It does this by monitoring pressure in the system and gradually increases this pressure as the extraction process continues.
- Heat Exchanger - Since the machine can maintain different temperatures within the boiler, you can brew espresso while simultaneously steaming milk. This capability makes it much faster to prepare multiple drinks back-to-back.

30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt.
