Victoria Arduino marketed its first lever machines at the end of World War II. The bodywork, completely hammered by hand by expert craftsmen, is an expression of uniqueness and tradition. The Athena Leva continues Victoria Arduino’s record of excellence with it’s beautiful and classic, stainless steel design and quality features. The Athena Leva operates a little bit differently than other lever espresso machines. Because it is equipped with a heat exchange boiler, the water temperature can be directly controlled by the barista for optimal and customized coffee extraction. This espresso machine is also equipped with a pressure reducer, which lowers the pressure of the water supply resulting in a more effective pre-infusion and creamier espresso.
