Synesso was established circa 2004 in Seattle as a reaction to the lack of temperature stability in espresso at the time. Their multi-boiler machines are built heavy, reliable, and temperature stable. If the Soviets had built an espresso machine, it would've been a Synesso.

Pro Coffee Gear 2-Year Commercial Parts-Only WarrantyPro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) provides a two (2) year parts warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Under this warranty, PCG’s sole obligation is to supply a replacement part, at its discretion, for any part determined by PCG to be defective. This warranty does not include labor of any kind. On-site service, diagnostics, travel, installation, shipping, expedited freight, and any other service-related or incidental costs are expressly excluded.Warranty eligibility requires proper installation, normal use, and routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable water quality specifications. 30-Day Returns – Standard PolicyIf your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. All returns must be shipped back to our facility in Austin, Texas. Good water enhances the taste of your coffee, while impurities can cause scale buildup and damage to the machine. Damage caused by inadequately treated water will void the machine and manufacturer’s warranty. Chloride requirements only apply to machines with steel boilers.
