The Rocket R9 is built for total control at every group. Each group features its own 1.9 liter coffee boiler, variable temperature PID, shot timer, and automatic control cluster, giving baristas true independence and precision. Backed by exceptional temperature stability, the R9 also houses a large steam boiler with sensitive pressure transducers that support rapid recovery, even during peak service. All of this performance is wrapped in a beautifully crafted polished steel body built to last.

  • PID Controllers - controllers for each group that ensure temperature consistency for multiple coffee types.
  • Saturated Boilers - each group gets its own independently controlled 1.9-liter brew boiler.

They feature heated E61 group heads for temperature stability, rotary pumps, and PID controllers, making them some of the most sophisticated machines available. Rocket espresso machines are great not only for home use but for commercial set-ups like cafés and coffee shops as well.

Warranty & Returns

Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 12 months after purchase date.

30-Day Returns - Standard Returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt.     We descale anything that touches your coffee with our environmentally-friendly and non-toxic descale agent. We deep clean steam boilers and steam pipes.

  • Performance Repair

    We fix the parts that are broken or do not pass inspection.

  • Extend Lifespan

    We preventatively replace parts based on the age of the machine. We do this based on the engineered lifespan of each component, even if the part is in perfect working condition.

    We revamp group heads, steam components, and boiler care.

    We polish and paint machines when needed.

    Machine was a challenge to remove the screens for cleaning but we have learned to not tighten then down like it was from factory

    We are enjoying the machine so far. There is a steam spout that doesnt really work great.
