Built around a stainless-steel heat-exchanger boiler and an E61 thermosiphon group, the Cube S delivers stable temperatures, rich extractions, and smooth steaming power—without the footprint of a full commercial unit.
Its sleek panels, digital interface, and optional WiFi connectivity make it both a functional tool and a stylish centerpiece for any coffee bar. Equipped with a 1.8L removable water tank, a responsive vibration pump, and mechanical pre-infusion, the Cube S ensures consistency shot after shot. The integrated web app allows users to monitor water levels, schedule automatic on/off times, and track drink counts, making daily operation more convenient and predictable. Whether you’re dialing in a single-origin espresso or steaming milk for multiple drinks, the Cube S keeps workflow smooth and efficient. Integrating the Cube S into your routine is effortless: power it on via the app as you start your day, let the machine reach temperature while you prep your beans, and rely on its stable heat-exchanger system for back-to-back drinks. Its compact size fits neatly on kitchen counters or tight café service stations, while the ergonomic steam wand and consistent pressure give you the tools to craft café-quality beverages with ease.
The Sanremo Cube S is built for users who want modern control, professional reliability, and beautiful design—all in one compact system.

Water quality testing for your espresso machine is essential for optimal flavor and equipment longevity. Good water enhances the taste of your coffee, while impurities can cause scale buildup and damage to the machine. Damage caused by inadequately treated water will void the machine and manufacturer’s warranty. Chloride requirements only apply to machines with steel boilers.
