After purchase, you will receive a link you can use to book time with our technical team. This time is most frequently used to review your install preparation, to have time reserved in case your installer has any questions while putting equipment into service, and general questions about how to be successful using the equipment.

This ranges from general barista questions to helping you debug any issues you encounter with the equipment. Rocket Espresso makes hand-built espresso machines with classic Italian design. They feature heated E61 group heads for temperature stability, rotary pumps, and PID controllers, making them some of the most sophisticated machines available. Rocket espresso machines are great not only for home use but for commercial set-ups like cafés and coffee shops as well.

Warranty & Returns

Standard warranty covers up tp 3 years parts and labor. Warranty fulfilled by Pro Coffee Gear. 30-Day Returns - Standard Returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our facility (located in Austin, Texas), along with any associated costs that may be incurred. Read our full returns policy

Good water enhances the taste of your coffee, while impurities can cause scale buildup and damage to the machine. Damage caused by inadequately treated water will void the machine and manufacturer’s warranty. Chloride requirements only apply to machines with steel boilers.

Life at the shop has improved!
Now that I finally have it in - had to get the 220 finished and hefty guys to heft the machine on the counter - it is an awesome improvement! Had a guy come in wanting an 8-shot espresso - no problem! Four large lattes? No sweat! Love it!

Excellent espresso machine at a great price! A little confusion in the direction for setting up the pre infusion but a quick call to pro gear coffee and they had me all fixed up. Excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more!!!
