The Astoria Pratic Avant XTRA

The Pratic Avant Xtra is Astoria's entry-level commercial espresso machine that's been designed for ease of use at an affordable price. The SAE version is equipped with a heat exchange boiler, 4 programmable doses per group, raised groups, and barista downlights.

Key Features

Volumetric Control- features four programmable volumetric dosing buttons, automating workflow and ensuring shot consistency. 

Heat Exchanger- brew water is pulled through a copper pipe that runs through the boiler, while steam is pulled directly from the boiler, allowing you to brew and steam at the same time. 

Temperature stabilized groups- excellent temperature stability for a more consistent extraction temperature

Tall Cup- easily fits tall sized cups and a stainless steel tray for shorter cups. 

Pre-infusion technology-  pre-infuses the coffee cake at a lower pressure for efficient, consistent extraction.

Hot water dispenser- able to output lower temperature hot water for teas and americanos.

Half-turn steam knobs- Swift and practical rotation of just 90° to turn steam on and off.
