Pro Coffee Gear 1-Year Commercial Grinder Parts-Only WarrantyPro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) provides a one (1) year parts-only warranty from the date of purchase for commercial grinders against defects in materials or workmanship.Under this warranty, PCG’s sole obligation is to supply a replacement grinder part, at its discretion, for any part determined by PCG to be defective. This warranty does not include labor of any kind. On-site service, diagnostics, travel, installation, removal, reinstallation, shipping, expedited freight, and any other service-related or incidental costs are expressly excluded.Warranty eligibility requires proper installation, operation in a commercial environment within manufacturer-recommended parameters, and routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer service and cleaning guidelines. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or operation outside of intended commercial use is not covered.This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, external events such as power surges or fire, or parts subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to burrs, belts, seals, and other consumable components.All warranty claims must be authorized by Pro Coffee Gear prior to any repair. Warranty coverage will be void if unauthorized service is performed or if PCG is not given the opportunity to evaluate and address the issue. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Puqpress Q2 and M series Warranty Pro Coffee Gear provides a manufacturer-backed warranty on PUQpress equipment covering defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal conditions and in accordance with published guidelines.

PUQpress Q2 and M Series models includes a two (2) year warranty with unlimited tamps.

This warranty does not cover labor costs, shipping, or technician travel unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized service, failure to follow operating or cleaning instructions, or use outside of published specifications. Normal wear and tear and consumable components are not covered, including cosmetic wear, coatings, buttons, and other parts that naturally degrade over time. Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents is also excluded.

Warranty claims must be authorized prior to repair. Proof of purchase may be required, and Pro Coffee Gear must be given the opportunity to diagnose and resolve the issue. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at Pro Coffee Gear’s discretion and applies only to the original purchaser.
