The Mahlkönig E64 WS + Sync Scale Bundle brings together two purpose-built devices that work in concert to deliver a precise, repeatable espresso workflow — from grind to extraction.
The E64 WS handles dose accuracy on its own, using an integrated high-speed load cell to weigh grounds in real time as they fall from the 64mm flat burrs, stopping the motor automatically at your programmed target — to within 0.1g. No external scale needed for consistent dosing.
Where the Sync Scale changes the game is extraction. Paired with the E64 WS via Mahlkönig's Sync ecosystem, it tracks each shot's yield and timing, then feeds that data back to the grinder. If a shot runs fast or slow, the grinder automatically adjusts its burr distance before the next grind closing the dial-in loop without manual intervention.
