A few points. Great customer service before purchasing without being over aggressive. Very good competitive pricing. Delivery was on time and quick. No damage upon opening. Very happy thus far with purchase.
Everything from ordering to delivery went perfectly. Unpacking was easy and first use went well. It only took a few runs of grinding beans to get the right setting for my espresso machine. The only thing left is long-term use and how it holds up. I’m expecting great results.

As someone who is truly passionate about exceptional coffee and prepares espresso every single day, I have to admit that achieving the perfect calibration with this grinder was not an easy task. At first, I found it quite challenging because it feels like working with a highly advanced computerized machine rather than a traditional coffee grinder.
