Unlike my previous grinders, this one allows you to actually dial in your beans in very minute increments. This one makes all others feel like mistakes.

The grinder arrived in original packaging. If seemed to have been brushed and cleaned. No scratches or cosmetic damage. All in all, I'm plesantly satisfied with my purchase. Learning to dial in a new piece of gear is a whole other matter.
