Standard warranty covers the labor costs for 3 years and replacement of defective parts for up to 15 months after purchase date.

30-Day Returns - Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Warranty & Returns

Standard warranty covers the labor and replacement of defective parts for up to 24 months after purchase date. For machines with group heads, coverage is limited to 100,000 cycles per group (whichever comes first). Use of non-Eversys-approved cleaning products voids the warranty.
