Compak Parts WarrantyCompak equipment sold through Pro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) includes a one (1) year parts-only warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal commercial use, as determined by Pro Coffee Gear.Under this warranty, PCG’s sole obligation is to supply a replacement part, at its discretion, for any part determined to be defective. 30-Day Returns – Standard PolicyIf your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. All returns must be shipped back to our facility in Austin, Texas.
