Pro Coffee Gear 1-Year Commercial Grinder Parts-Only WarrantyPro Coffee Gear (“PCG”) provides a one (1) year parts-only warranty from the date of purchase for commercial grinders against defects in materials or workmanship.Under this warranty, PCG’s sole obligation is to supply a replacement grinder part, at its discretion, for any part determined by PCG to be defective. This warranty does not include labor of any kind. On-site service, diagnostics, travel, installation, removal, reinstallation, shipping, expedited freight, and any other service-related or incidental costs are expressly excluded.Warranty eligibility requires proper installation, operation in a commercial environment within manufacturer-recommended parameters, and routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer service and cleaning guidelines. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or operation outside of intended commercial use is not covered.This warranty does not apply to accidental damage, external events such as power surges or fire, or parts subject to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to burrs, belts, seals, and other consumable components.All warranty claims must be authorized by Pro Coffee Gear prior to any repair. Warranty coverage will be void if unauthorized service is performed or if PCG is not given the opportunity to evaluate and address the issue. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
