After purchase, you will receive a link you can use to book time with our technical team. This time is most frequently used to review your install preparation, to have time reserved in case your installer has any questions while putting equipment into service, and general questions about how to be successful using the equipment.
Ongoing Support
Our expert team is here to support you if you run into any surprises when operating your equipment. This ranges from general barista questions to helping you debug any issues you encounter with the equipment. Our clients find this service invaluable as it helps them avoid expensive technician bills when the issue they were facing was surprisingly simple to solve.
