Soft Infusion System (SIS) - SIS guarantees soft and creamy espresso extractions every time. It does this by monitoring pressure in the system and gradually increases this pressure as the extraction process continues.
Heat Exchanger - Since the machine can maintain different temperatures within the boiler, you can brew espresso while simultaneously steaming milk. This capability makes it much faster to prepare multiple drinks back-to-back.
Volumetric Control - 4 programmable doses per group head.
Push Pull Steam Levers - An ergonomic, user-friendly upgrade to traditional turning steam wands.
