Wes Wakefield is an entrepreneur, investor, and rapid prototyping expert based in Austin, Texas.

With experience spanning e-commerce, real estate, finance, and agriculture, Wes brings a versatile skillset and a novel perspective to every endeavor.

As founder and CEO of Pro Coffee Gear, Wes designed a novel refurbishment process for espresso machines and created a market leader in the commercial and home coffee equipment market within 4 years.

Wes is also the founding partner of Prototype Thinking Labs, an innovation consultancy that delivers novel methods of product discovery to market leaders like Fitbit, L'Oreal and Autodesk. Prior to Prototype Thinking Wes specialized in finance, working with innovation consultancy Factory and the Danish-American prefab startup, Confac USA. Wes started his career at Deutsche Bank in London.
