After purchase, you will receive a link you can use to book time with our technical team. This time is most frequently used to review your install preparation, to have time reserved in case your installer has any questions while putting equipment into service, and general questions about how to be successful using the equipment.

Synesso was established circa 2004 in Seattle as a reaction to the lack of temperature stability in espresso at the time. Their multi-boiler machines are built heavy, reliable, and temperature stable. If the Soviets had built an espresso machine, it would've been a Synesso.

Warranty & Returns

Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 24 months after purchase date.
30-Day Returns - Standard Returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our facility (located in Austin, Texas), along with any associated costs that may be incurred. Read our full returns policy

Water quality testing for your espresso machine is essential for optimal flavor and equipment longevity. Good water enhances the taste of your coffee, while impurities can cause scale buildup and damage to the machine. Damage caused by inadequately treated water will void the machine and manufacturer’s warranty. Chloride requirements only apply to machines with steel boilers.
