Warranty

Slayer warranty (15 Months Parts & Labor)
SLAYER through Pro Coffee Gear ("PCG") includes a fifteen (15) month warranty on all equipment and parts, beginning on the date of shipment from Seattle HQ. All equipment and parts are warranted to be free from defect in material or workmanship. Unless otherwise specified in writing, warranty coverage includes parts and labor to repair covered defects, and excludes shipping and any other costs.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, abuse, or improper use of equipment. "Improper use" includes, but is not limited to, the operation of the machine with inadequately treated water and with an inadequate water supply. Any and all damage resulting from inadequate water treatment is expressly excluded from the coverage of this warranty. Read "SLAYER Water Treatment Requirements" in the User Manual for information about water-related issues.

Damage resulting from improper installation of equipment is expressly excluded from this warranty.

Warranty coverage does not include parts that are subject to normal wear and tear, as determined by PCG. These include, but are not limited to, shower screens, portafilter gaskets, expansion or anti-suction valves, and Preventative Maintenance parts. Warranty coverage excludes glass or plastic parts.

This warranty will immediately expire if you or a third party performs faulty maintenance, excessive use, or neglect of necessary service. This will include any instances in which, following the occurrence of a defect, failure to immediately take all suitable measures to limit damage to the equipment and/or fail to provide PCG with an opportunity to remedy the defect.
PCG's sole responsibility and liability under the warranty set forth herein is limited to, in PCG's sole discretion, repair or replacement of defective parts. Unless otherwise specified in writing, this excludes labor, shipping, and any other costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Washington State (USA) laws, the warranty set forth herein is limited to the original purchaser of the equipment. PCG does not, directly or indirectly, offer any warranty to any other person, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Except as expressly provided herein, all goods are provided to you as they are. PCG disclaims all representations and warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty Claims must be authorized by Pro Coffee Gear prior to repair or remedial action.

Returns

30-Day Returns – Standard Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received and is subject to inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to additional fees. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew equipment, and grinders. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, and restocking once the item is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. Great Bargain and Professional Service!
Bought this “new to me” Slayer Espresso Single Group. As Pro Coffee Gear bench tested the used Slayer, they brought it up to specs by replacing the gear pump and rebuilding the group head. While I was waiting for the Slayer to pass the bench tested, Alex A. Answered all my email questions promptly since I was building my coffee bar and I needed some details. When the Slayer was shipped, it arrived by freight with a reputable transport company (R+L Carriers) who had frequent shipment updates. When the Slayer arrived, it was well packaged and was a condition that was better than advertised. I’ve had it for 10 days now, and the Slayer is pulling wonderful shots!!! I would not hesitate buying anything used or open box from them! A+++
